Federal Public Defender for the Southern District of West Virginia’s Charleston Office

The Federal Public Defender for the Southern District of West Virginia's Charleston Office is the main federal public defender's office for the Southern District of West Virginia. With one federal public defender, one first assistant federal public defender, and two panel attorneys on staff, the Charleston office represents clients in the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Their clients are represented by a team of experienced trial attorneys assisted by investigators and support staff.
