New Leaf – New Life

The mission of New Leaf - New Life is to improve the community through support for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated people. They provide services pre-and-post-release to promote a successful reentry into the community. Individuals can visit the Transition Support Center after release for access to basic necessities and food, public computers, and individualized support accessing social services and finding sustainable employment. Individuals are eligible for guided support from justice-impacted peers. Individuals who are currently incarcerated can contact New Leaf - New Life through the mail for help with treatment applications, obtaining government identification, and other services that support a successful exit from the corrections system. Staff can also assist individuals with the requirements of their parole or probation to ensure that they do not return to incarceration for technical violations.
