Shelter of Hope, Inc.

Shelter of Hope, Inc. is a nonprofit agency that works to end homelessness through affordable housing in the FIVCO Region of Kentucky. The mission of Shelter of Hope is to offer transitional support services to individuals and families in need, ultimately allowing them to obtain independence and self sufficiency. Program services are tailored to the needs of each household and may or may not include: personalized case management, emergency temporary housing, community outreach opportunities, critical care services, rental assistance, homelessness prevention, and repaid rehousing services to individuals and families in need. Although services are open to all impoverished residents of Boyd, Carter, Greenup, Elliott, and Lawrence Counties, priority will be given to homeless households, families with children, individuals involved in domestic violence situations, homeless veterans, and adults with disabilities.
