St. Matthews Medical Clinic

St. Matthews Medical Clinic is a faith based nonprofit organization that provides health care services at no cost to their patients. This Northern Colorado based clinic has a mission of showing God's love by offering important medical services to those who are unable to obtain them elsewhere due to financial reasons. All medical services are provided completely free of charge by qualified health care volunteers. Their services include, but are not limited to, basic primary care, preventative care, case management, and treatment of acute and chronic diseases to all patients in need. In addition to health care services, they provide a spiritual counselor to patients who request it. Clinic open hours occur on Tuesday Evenings from 6pm to 9pm, by appointment only.
