The Urban League of Greater Hartford is an organization that serves formerly incarcerated young adults exiting the corrections system. Their reentry program was developed to provide assistance for individuals ages 18-24 by helping them identify a viable career pathway, earn professional credentials and/or enroll in secondary education courses while also developing an understanding of financial literacy and completing job development courses. The Urban League of Greater Hartford is a nonprofit organization located in Hartford, Connecticut. Their mission is to uplift Black Americans toward racial and economic equity. They offer programs and services in the areas of education, employment, housing, personal financial management, community health and social justice. Project S.T.A.B.L.E. serves adults by pairing individuals with a case manager and offering wraparound services that promote financial literacy, workforce advancement and permanent, self-sufficient living.
