Partners for Community

Partners for Community is an expansive network of social justice organizations working toward the collective healing of the communities they serve. Partners include federal, state and local government organizations, as well as community nonprofits and faith based centers committed to improving the lives of underserved populations. Individuals can work with the organization to identify support services in a number of sectors, including educational programs, job development assistance, housing services and financial support. Individuals and families experiencing housing insecurity may quality for emergency shelter or long term housing stabilization services. Permanent housing communities offer case management and work directly with clients referred by various government organizations. Partners for Community also works with at-risk youth to break the cycles of intergenerational poverty and incarceration, intervening before young people enter the justice system.
