2nd Chance Ministries is a faith-based organization that provides support services to individuals and families in need. Since their foundation, 2nd Chance Ministries has worked to fulfill the Great Commission Command of Jesus for all believers as outlined in Matthew 28:19 and 20. Beginning in 2015, a homeless outreach program was created as one venue for making disciples. Hot breakfast and a sack lunch to-go are provided Monday thru Saturday alongside a bible study and opportunities for fellowship and prayer. Additionally, 2nd Chance Ministries visits their program participants in the hospital and jail to pray with them and share with them the life changing message of Jesus Christ. Their Family Resource Center collaborates with partners and volunteers to offer diapers, hygiene products, men and women's clothing, and other essentials to people in need.
