85 HOPE

85 Hope is a faith-based health center motivated to extend compassion and service to community members by Christian principles. The clinic offers services at no charge to patients in an effort to ensure that low-income and uninsured residents of Wabash County, Indiana have access to necessary health services. 85 Hope offers primary health services, including medical exams and preventative health screenings, to eligible patients. They also assist with limited medication management, lab and radiology tests, women's health services and assistance locating more targeted health services in the community. Staff may also assist individuals with accessing HIP and Medicare services. 85 Hope is not currently equipped to provide emergency care, prenatal services or inpatient care. The pharmacy also does not maintain stock of controlled substances or issue pain medications.
