A New Leaf provides comprehensive assistance to individuals and families who have fallen on hard times in Maricopa County, Arizona. Since opening their doors in 1971, A New Leaf has helped thousands of households recover from job loss, medical crisis, homelessness, domestic violence, and other heartbreaking situations. Services provided include homeless shelters, affordable housing solutions, rent and utility assistance, counseling, primary medical care, therapeutic after school programs, court advocacy for domestic violence situations, sexual violence support, family support services, immediate financial assistance, employment and career support, entrepreneurship and small business, adult educational opportunities, and more. Additionally, their Second Chance Program assists incarcerated individuals being released from prison back into the Maricopa County community.
