Apalachee Center is committed to assisting individuals in North Florida as they recover from emotional, mental and chemical abuse crises. The center is a privately run non-profit organization with offices providing services to individuals across eight North Florida counties. Their mission is to empower participants to improve their quality of life and the lives of their loved ones through behavioral health care that has continual attention to clinical excellence and safe practices. Outpatient services include a drop-in center, a mobile response team, primary care, mental health care, and crisis services for children and the unhoused. Apalachee Center also provides inpatient services for detox treatment, crisis response, emergency housing and psychiatric emergencies. Residential services include two residential communities, a satellite apartment living community and transitional housing for those in crisis.
