Center Point is a community based organization committed to addressing social issues that contribute to incarceration and community violence. Their mission is to offer wraparound services that address the social, educational, vocational, medical, psychological, housing and rehabilitation needs of vulnerable individuals. They hope to disrupt the cycle of incarceration, generational poverty and chronic homelessness through their support programs. Services at Center Point use an Integrated Service Delivery System that includes: Adult Co-Ed Residential Treatment, Women and Children's Treatment, Outpatient Treatment, Community Reintegration and Community Corrections. Each of these areas includes numerous services, such as an initial assessment of individual needs, access to primary medical care, case management for chronic medical issues, a behavioral health evaluation and preventative healthcare. In addition to support for formerly incarcerated individuals, Center Point works directly with currently incarcerated individuals through recovery services and rehabilitation support.
