Christian Formation Ministries seeks to serve the whole family, empowering everyone affected by incarceration and various forms of addiction. Their programs help form new mindsets, life skills, and family awareness to support permanent change in one's life. Christian Formation Ministries believes that no one is powerless, no one is alone, and that true freedom begins with Christ. To back this, the programs they sponsor, both online and in-person, are founded on a set of core principles that drive the ministry at its core. These programs include online addiction recovery, a summer camp for the children of prisoners or those affected by drug abuse, a faith-based program for children of incarcerated and recently released parents, and much more. Christian Formation Ministries also hosts retreats and banquets for leaders in the field of recovery. With all this in mind, Christian Formation Ministries' mission is to encourage and heal hurting people in prisons, jails, juvenile detention centers, residential re-entry programs, churches, home fellowships, and many other venues.
