Christian Service Center Fresh Start Program

The Christian Service Center is a faith-based organization that provides basic essentials to low-income in the community. Their Fresh Start Program offers Work for Shelter assistance to people transitioning back into society from incarceration or exiting recovery programs. Through these programs, individuals are offered a one-time, weekly rent payment at a local shelter or halfway program in exchange for 12 hours of volunteer work at the Christian Service Center. It is a way to help people transition back into society by working as a volunteer in a program designed to assist people with many needs.
