City Of Hope Community Development (CDC)

City Of Hope Community Development (COHCD) is a charitable organization committed to revitalizing communities one family at a time. They are dedicated to closing the gap in poverty by equipping members of the Metropolitan Detroit area with the resources they need through skills development and program enrichment. In addition, their Prisoner Reentry program aims to significantly reduce crime and enhance public safety by implementing a seamless system of services for offenders from their entry to prison through their transition, community reintegration, and aftercare in their communities. COHCD also provides a Hope treatment program for women and men recovering from addiction. They offer a structured living environment and clinical support to help their residents embrace a life of recovery. Their structured transitional living combined with an intensive outpatient element helps the individuals at their center achieve long-term sobriety. Hope’s Recovery provides therapeutic care to help focus on and resolve core issues and is a 12-step based program that encourages and teaches how to walk with confidence, integrity, and grace. Furthermore, they provide Transitional Housing and Reentry Services for Parolees that offer individuals a safe, structured, and supervised environment, employment, counseling, job placement, financial management assistance, and other programs and services. You should contact the City Of Hope Community Development directly for further assistance.
