City of Refuge is a faith-based organization developed to provide support and residential services to formerly incarcerated women. Their mission is to uplift justice-impacted women during reentry into the community after incarceration through a combination of fellowship and community. City of Refuse offers a safe and sober living space where women can reacclimate to life outside prison with others who understand the unique barriers they face in society. Staff and volunteers provide educational support and opportunities, job development services, bible-based mentorship and life coaching.
