Clean & Sober Streets

Clean and Sober Streets is a community based organization committed to providing treatment and residential services to individuals in need. The program offers long term residential and outpatient services to individuals who require treatment for drug and or alcohol dependence. Currently, these services are available to adult men and women in the greater Washington DC community. Since its inception, Clean and Sober Streets has served more than 5000 individuals. All eligible participants may receive 30 days of inpatient treatment or longer. Additionally, some individuals may be eligible for intensive 3 month outpatient treatment, ongoing case management and counseling to addressing their underlying risk factors. Their hope is that addressing the chemical dependence issues that often lead to chronic homelessness and incarceration will put more community members on a permanent path toward recovery and independent, self-sufficient living.
