The Federal Public Defender for the Southern District of Florida's Miami office is the main office. With around 28 Federal Defenders and Assistant Federal Defenders, the Federal Public Defender for the Southern District of Florida's Miami Office represents clients who have been charged with a federal crime and who cannot afford to hire a private defense attorney.
