The Federal Public Defender for the Southern District of West Virginia's Huntington Office is a branch of the federal public defender's office for the Southern District of West Virginia. While this branch is currently unstaffed, the Huntington office represents clients in the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Their clients are represented by a team of experienced trial attorneys assisted by investigators and support staff.
