Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Virginia’s Charlottesville Office

The Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Virginia's Charlottesville Office is a branch of the federal public defender's office for the Western District of Virginia. With one federal public defender and three panel attorneys on staff, the Charlottesville office collaborates to provide representation for the indigent accused at all stages of federal criminal litigation. They promise that their clients will be heard, respected, and treated in a way that is fair, unburdened by prejudice or bias and promotes their dignity as members of our community.
