Federal Public Defenders for the District of Montana's Billings Office is a branch community defender office for the judicial District of Montana. With one supervisory assistant federal defender and four assistant federal defenders on staff, the District of Montana's Billings Office specializes in the criminal defense of federal offenders who cannot afford to appoint a private attorney.
