Friends of Iowa Women Prisoners

Friends of Iowa Women Prisoners is a community based organization that works to support women in Iowa correctional facilities. The group meets every third Tuesday of the month at United Methodist Church to discuss the ongoing needs of incarcerated women and how the community can best support them as they serve out their sentences. Together, the group acts as a strong advocate for the fair treatment and rehabilitation of incarcerated women.
