The Office of The Public Defender, Atlanta Circuit serves indigent criminal defendants in Fulton County. The Fulton County Public Defender's Office has various divisions serving the indigent defendants. The Juvenile Court Division specializes in protecting children who are charged with delinquent and other offenses in the Juvenile Court of Fulton County through release, trial, and appeal.
