Goodwill Dallas

Goodwill Dallas is a part of the national network of Goodwill Industries. This nonprofit, community based organization offers job training and placement assistance to the marginalized people of society. Regardless of skill level, work history or background, Goodwill helps all job seekers access the training and support they need to grow their careers and support their families. To that end, Goodwill provides effective, comprehensive and person-centered training and employment services to men and women with criminal convictions to help formerly incarcerated people get back on their feet. The Adult Re-Entry Program connects individuals with a criminal history who want to work. They provide employment assistance and directly connect them with second-chance employers. In addition, Goodwill's one-stop resource for career advancement and Goodwill's Job Connection Centers offer job seekers personalized, one-on-one support. Services include free computer and internet access, one-on-one career counseling, job placement assistance, resume development, online job application assistance and interviewing skills.
