H.O.S.T. Transition Services, LLC
H.O.S.T. Transition is a community based organization committed to supporting individuals returning to the community after incarceration. While the organization serves all justice involved individuals, their primary focus is to support sex offenders. H.O.S.T. Transition believes that sex offenders are the one group of offenders that do not currently receive support from community organizations. Staff at H.O.S.T. Transition are advocates for all sex offender issues including sex offender residency restrictions which restrict the eligibility for sex offender housing, sex offender registration, and sex offender supervision including probation, parole, or CRD (conditional release). Eligible individuals can apply for space in one of the housing facilities operated by the organization; rent in these facilities includes local transportation to assist individuals with maintaining steady employment. All participants are required to meet the conditions of their release throughout their time with the organization.
