Haven Housing

Haven Housing offers a number of residential services to assist the most vulnerable members of the community reach independent living. Their Ascension Place program offers sober solutions to women in the community who are recovering from substance abuse. In addition to safe, stable housing, residents in the program have access to individualized support from trained staff. Currently, Ascension Place is able to serve up to 32 residents at a time. Support staff in the facility understand that many substance abuse issues have underlying factors, so they use a combination of trauma informed counseling, mental health treatment, support for survivors of domestic or sexual abuse, and personal development workshops that center positive mindsets. One of the unique features at Ascension Place is their infusion of outdoor activities to promote physical and mental wellness.
