Lifesource is a faith-based, Christ-Centered organization in the Somerville area. They provide residential recovery programs with three houses, all located in Morgan County, Alabama, serving justice-impacted residents. Lifesource also has a facility for women and children, a men's facility, and a graduate house for female graduates. Their mission is to serve the most under-served segment of our society, those in the criminal justice system who struggle with addiction. Their program is a 9 month program. For a minimal fee, this program provides room and board, bedding, food, cleaning products, hygiene products if needed, internet, cable tv, and transportation to and from work, church, and meetings. Their women's campus, commonly known as the "White House" is home to 50 women and children. Lifesource serves the most underserved of our community by providing resources to make a positive and permanent life change.
