Their mission is to keep the public safe, and they believe that successful community reentry leads to safer communities for all. Services are individualized to meet the unique needs of each client and are aimed at creating opportunities for transformational change that will reduce the risk of returning to criminal behavior. NDCS focuses on issues including substance abuse, mental health, housing, employment, education, mentoring, transportation, criminal thinking, vocational, and parenting needs.
