Project Second Chance

Project Second Chance is a community organization dedicated to connecting individuals in need with appropriate legal services. The organization partners with Project Clean Slate in order to provide advice and assistance to individuals who face ongoing legal issues, as well as those seeking to have their records expunged. This advice should not be misunderstood as legal representation. Staff with Project Second Chance are not lawyers, and the information they provide is not binding. Those individuals who do require legal representation can contact Project Second Chance for a referral to local attorneys who represent indigent and formerly incarcerated clients at little or no charge. The organization is also equipped to help connect individuals to social services organizations in the community that have a vested interest in supporting formerly incarcerated individuals For more information about specific services or to talk with a member of the Project Second Chance team, contact the organization directly.
