RecycleForce

RecycleForce is a nonprofit dedicated to reducing recidivism through employment and job training while protecting the climate through electronics recycling. RecycleForce manifests a stronger community and reinforces public safety through job creation and recycling. This improves the environment, local and state economies, neighborhoods and the lives of formerly incarcerated individuals. They use revenue from recycling and disposal to provide justice-impacted people with real-world and classroom-based training. RecycleForce also creates job opportunities for formerly incarcerated individuals and provides a social support network for employees. This includes a transitional work program that leads to permanent, full-time employment for individuals. Participants receive support obtaining government identification, counseling for chemical dependence and mental illness, and training for financial stability and self-sufficiency.
