Reentry by Design, Inc.

Reentry by Design is an Arizona-based nonprofit organization that serves incarcerated individuals as they work to reintegrate into the community. Their goal is to provide individualized support and mentorship that ensures the most successful reentry for all individuals. Staff work with incarcerated individuals during the final twelve months of their sentence to prepare a reentry plan and situate individuals for safe, stable living environments after release. This process includes nine courses which address the most fundamental needs of all incarcerated individuals: mindsets, medical needs, family dynamics, self care, community involvement, financial security, workforce training, housing stability and personal development. Reentry by Design developed each module and the program trajectory to address the whole person, working hard to assist incarcerated individuals with fully rehabilitating before they reintegrate. Through reentry support, the organization hopes to disrupt the cycle of incarceration.
