Released and Restored

Released and Restored is a nonprofit organization that provides tools and support systems to formerly incarcerated individuals reintegrating into society. Founded in 2004, Released and Restored aims to teach justice impacted individuals how to live moral, ethical, and legal lives in their communities. Their mission is to prepare individuals for their release, restore family relationships that were harmed or broken by incarceration, and to change lives. Released and Restored provides formerly incarcerated individuals with education, guidance, and active support systems.The services that are provided are EMPWR (Embracing My Personal Worth and Resiliency), Life Skills and Reentry Prep, Planning with Purpose, Re-Entry Support, and Employment Readiness. Within these programs, participants will learn critical thinking skills, basic money management, conflict resolution, anger management, coping skills, team building and empathy. Most importantly, participants develop self-control and learn how to avoid triggers that lead to re-incarceration. Contact Released and Restored directly for more information on their services.
