Rock County Jail Re-Entry and Treatment Services

The Rock County's Jail Re-Entry and Treatment Services is a free of cost program for incarcerated people in Rock County Jail. This program is designed to increase public safety by facilitating collaboration among the criminal justice, behavioral health and substance treatment systems to increase access to mental health and other treatment services for those individuals with mental illness or co-occurring behavioral health and substance use disorders who are being released from jail into the community. In addition, the program offers assistance to individuals in accessing economic support programs, medical assistance, housing needs, psychiatric stabilization services and medication monitoring. Anyone currently incarcerated at the Rock County Jail who reports a behavioral health concern is eligible to receive services. The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) administers the services.
