St. Peter Claver Prison Ministry

St. Peter Claver Prison Ministry is a faith-based program empowering the incarcerated, ex-incarcerated and their families to obtain self-sufficiency and reduce recidivism. Their goal is to provide the resources, guidance, and encouragement needed to vulnerable adults in order for them to reach their God-given potential. Their mission is to positively impact the lives of men and women re-entering society from incarceration. They provide spiritual mentorship, fellowship, practical support, informed guidance in life skills, so that successful re-entry into the community can be maintained.
