Stutsman County Correctional Center Work Release Program
Description
Stutsman County Correctional Center (SCCC) Work Release program is an alternative sentencing opportunity for incarcerated individuals. Stutsman County Judges use this alternative placement option for sentencing, which allows incarcerated individuals to maintain steady employment and provide for their families. Participants must have a job within Stutsman County at the time of admission to SCCC with a business/company registered to conduct business in North Dakota. Potential program participants are required to pay required fees, pass drug and alcohol screening, and must not have any additional warrants or pending charges. To apply for this program, individuals must fill out the application for work release and complete the verification form. Participants of the work release program wear ankle monitors to ensure their location. They may also be checked at their place of employment by SCCC staff or other law enforcement officers at random times. Contact Stutsman County Correctional Center directly for more information on the Work Release Program.
