Supportive Housing and Innovative Partnerships is a nonprofit organization founded to provide community assistance to individuals in crisis. They combine the efforts of staff and volunteers to support individuals experiencing hardship in an effort to promote the betterment of the entire community. Supportive Housing and Innovative Partnerships operates transitional housing communities for men and women who are in need of safe, sober living spaces during the recovery process for chemical dependence and/or mental health crisis. The organization partners with Veteran Affairs to assist area veterans who are experiencing homelessness. They also work directly with incarcerated individuals who are within two weeks of their release date to coordinate housing, employment services and treatment when necessary. Individuals can apply for housing in one of their sober living communities through the application provided on the website.
