Times of Refreshing Ministries is dedicated to preaching God's message to those behind bars and those around the world. Headed by formerly incarcerated offender Lance Shackleford, Times of Refreshing Ministries reaches out and preaches to prisoners with open hearts and minds, as well as having a level of deep understanding with them. Lance and a team of volunteers hold church services every week with fellow Christian believers who are incarcerated.
