The Tulsa County Public Defender's Juvenile Division is located in the Ray Jorden Building at the Tulsa County Courthouse. Juvenile Defense attorneys specialize in Juvenile Deprived matters such as cases related to the abuse and/or neglect of minors and Juvenile Delinquency matters involving violations of criminal laws by a minor.
