Twin Cities Ministry is a faith based organization working to support currently incarcerated individuals in Minnesota prisons. Their mission is to foster a strong Catholic presence inside correctional facilities, and to promote positive behavioral changes that give individuals the best chance at turning their lives around. In addition to video and direct ministry options, Twin Cities Ministries facilitates a number of programs designed to give individuals faith and hope as they serve their time. Angel Tree is a program that works to connect parents with their incarcerated children and facilitate gift giving, while Birthday Card Ministry aims to ensure that all incarcerated individuals receive birthday cards. Programs like these focus on mental and emotional wellness, helping individuals feel less isolated and ostracized by society. In addition to fellowship ministries like these, Twin Cities Ministry facilitates a legislative initiatives program designed to promote prison reform and improved access to equitable justice for all.
