The Williamson County Public Defender's Office is located in Williamson, TN. With Public Defenders and other support staff, this office provides legal representation to individuals who are financially unable to retain an attorney without substantial hardship in the Williamson County Courts. Additionally, the Public Defender ensures that every accused citizen, regardless of financial resources, receives zealous and effective representation as mandated by the United States and Tennessee Constitutions.
