Women Planting Seeds

Women Planting Seeds is a social service organization dedicated to serving women through trauma informed solutions. Staff and volunteers work with women who have experienced violence or trauma in their lives, including formerly incarcerated women and survivors of domestic abuse. To be eligible for services, women must: be living at or below 200% of the poverty level, have children in jeopardy of being removed from the home, be in the youth or adult corrections system, have lost a parent to the corrections system, be involved with a treatment program, and/or have recently escaped domestic violence or human trafficking situations. Women Planting Seeds hopes to provide these women with the support they need to move on from the traumas that have affected them and achieve a healthy, stable lifestyle. For more information about available services, individuals should contact the organization directly using the information provided to them on this page.
