X-Offenders for Community Empowerment

X-Offenders for Community Empowerment aims to empower formerly convicted people to become change agents in the community, addressing issues threatening healthy family and community life. They also aim to reduce recidivism and gun violence by halting the spread of illegal weapons in our community. X-Offenders holds events based around anti-violence advocacy and community education.
