Clearwater Free Clinic offers healthcare services to low-income and uninsured individuals in the Pinellas County community. The clinic has served community members for nearly fifty years and remains dedicated to providing continual access to medical care regardless of income status. All staff are volunteers and the clinic operates as a nonprofit organization, offering services to residents at no cost. Clearwater Free Clinic provides primary and speciality care services, including EKGs, labs, x-rays and certain hospital procedures. Women are also able to receive pap smear and mammograms at the clinic. While Clearwater Free Clinic does not maintain prescriptions for narcotics, individuals who require non-narcotic medications for acute or chronic illness can have prescriptions filled at the clinic.
