Atlanta Mission

Atlanta Mission is a faith-based community organization dedicated to supporting veterans, families and individuals experiencing homelessness. Staff and volunteers work hard to assist those in need by identifying and facilitating entry into temporary or permanent housing. They also provide essential case management services to help clients address the underlying issues that contribute to chronic homelessness. Atlanta Mission offers housing assistance and public services depending individual needs. Short and long term housing programs focus on providing immediate and sustained assistance for individuals and families currently without a home or facing eviction. Additionally, the organization partners with treatment programs to provide more targeted support to individuals recovering from substance abuse or experiencing mental health crises that impact their ability to maintain safe, stable housing without support. These services are offered in tandem with targeted and sustained spiritual guidance that helps individuals make positive, permanent changes and become contributing members of the community.
