The Gavin Foundation is a reentry program that seeks to provide services for men and women leaving prisons and jails and on parole in the Boston and Greater Boston area. They specialize in drug and alcohol abuse, making full use of Gavin Foundation’s strong and extensive community affiliations including screening, assessment, referrals, and treatment for approximately 500 individuals each year. The efforts of the Gavin Foundation are shaped by a clear set of organizational values and goals, emphasizing spiritual, mental, and social recovery for individuals and their families. They build recovery by supporting relationships among individuals, within families, and within communities through independent programs.
