Partner Abuse Intervention and Prevention Program Resource Center
The Partner Abuse Intervention and Prevention (PAIP) Program Resource Center provides batterer intervention and prevention programming on a court-ordered basis. PAIP is working to end the epidemic of domestic violence by targeting the source, which is where their work comes in. They believe everyone has the capacity to change, and PAID wants to facilitate that process. Program services include an individualized intake meeting, group orientation, and weekly meetings. The program duration is between 24 to 27 weekly group sessions, depending on whether the participant was referred to the program as a general population or high-risk. The PAIP program is accredited by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice: Community Justice Assistance Division. Clients must be referred by the Tarrant County Court System, Tarrant County Community Supervision and Corrections Department, and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services Tarrant County.
