Helping Up Mission

Description

Helping Up Mission is a nonprofit organization helping men and women struggling with addiction and homelessness through faith-based services and rehabilitation programs. Its Spiritual Recovery Program combines clients' clinical, mental health, medical, educational, and vocational needs with their practical needs for food, clothing, and shelter. The group believes that God's love can free individuals from drug and alcohol addiction, poverty and homelessness, and other self destructive behaviors. Their Street Outreach Program provides food and life changing care to persons living on sidewalks and in tented camps. Every man receives a personalized recovery plan that comprehensively addresses his needs. Their services intend to help men and women become sober and responsible members of society. When individuals complete the Helping Up Mission Program, they leave with the tools to live responsibly and to pursue their God given potential.
