The Ford County Public Defender's Office is located in Paxton, IL. With Public Defenders, Staff Attorneys and other legal staff, this office is committed to providing legal representation to criminal defendants in Ford County. This office provides representation in court-appointed cases only. The Public Defender ensures that every accused citizen, regardless of financial resources, receives zealous and effective representation as mandated by the United States and Illinois Constitutions.
