The Kentucky Public Defender's Department of Public Advocacy Stanton Trial office is a branch office in Central Kentucky. With one Directing Attorney, a team of Public Defenders and other support staff, the Stanton Office serves clients in Breathitt, Estill, Lee, Owsley, Powell, and Wolfe counties. Their mission is to provide high-quality, client-centered legal representation to indigent persons of all ages, accused of crimes or facing a deprivation of liberty throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
