The Fayette County, PA Public Defender’s Office is located in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. The mission of the Office of the Public Defender is to provide legal representation to defendants by safeguarding fundamental individual rights and to guarantee protection afforded by the United States Constitution. With one Public Defender and various other supporting staff, the office represents the county of Fayette in criminal defense cases resulting from lawsuits filed against the indigent client.
