Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation (TNDC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing and supportive services to low-income individuals and families in San Francisco's Tenderloin neighborhood. Founded in 1981, TNDC has developed and manages over 40 properties, providing more than 4,800 units of housing to the city's most vulnerable residents. In addition to affordable housing, TNDC offers a variety of supportive services, including case management, employment assistance, and youth programs, to help residents build stable and self-sufficient lives.
The organization is committed to creating vibrant and inclusive communities where all residents can thrive, and it works in partnership with local government, community organizations, and other stakeholders to achieve its mission.
